Cooper did not stay awake long enough to see any fireworks this year, but we had a fun weekend anyway! On Saturday morning we went to a parade in downtown Arlington. Cooper loved seeing the bands, horses, motorcycles, and floats. He even danced to the music! I must admit that he was more interested in the dog behind us than the parade though!
We spent the evening cooking out with some friends. Cooper had a great time playing, but he just couldn't make it until the 9:30 firework show!
On Saturday, we did some shopping then spent most of the day at home. We went to the pool, and Cooper got a chance to play in his new sandbox! (Thanks MiMi and Grandad!)
What a difference a year makes!
