Frozen on Ice!

Disney's "Frozen on Ice" show just happened to be in Houston the week of Hadley's birthday.  It was a great way to celebrate our new 3 year old!
We made a stop at Pappasito's on the way.  They had a clown making balloon animals.  Hadley was thrilled with her Olaf balloon and Cooper got an awesome laser gun.

One of many, many, many Elsa's at the show that day! (but of course she was the cutest!)

SO excited!

The $18 cotton candy came with this Olaf hat.  What a bargain. Ha!

It was all so magical for Hadley.  This was her face for pretty much the entire hour and a half show.  It was so fun to see her excitement.  I'm not sure she blinked. Ha! Every time a new character came out she would say, "They are really real!" I see a trip to Disney World in our near future!

Cooper played it cool, but he was pretty excited himself! ;)

Princess and Pirate Party

Hadley wanted a princess party for her birthday this year.  We added pirates too to accommodate all her little friends (and brother).  We decided to make it easy this year and just meet at a park nearby have breakfast and invite a few friends.  Grandmommy and PaPa made the long trip to College Station two weekends in a row to be sure they didn't miss it too!  It was very low key and the kids had a fun time playing.  We were very lucky that the rain took a break and it was a nice morning.
My pirate and princess ready to party!  Hadley had planned on being Sleeping Beauty for weeks, but changed her mind at the last minute.  Ha!

Just FYI, black icing is NOT a good idea.  :)

Ready to open presents!

There was a lot of sword fighting
 and bubble blowing

After the party, Hadley opened her presents from Grandmommy and PaPa and we had a fun lunch at Lupe Tortilla.

Such a fun day!

Easter 2015

We had a fun, low key Easter here in College Station.  On Thursday, I went to Cooper's school for his Easter egg hunt!

On Friday, we stayed home and painted our Easter eggs!  Hadley picked out the crazy hair egg decorating kit, but Cooper wasn't on board.  He chose to decorate all of his eggs with Jesus crosses. ;)

Hadley got a little carried away with the dye.  Ha!

Chad's multiple personality egg. Ha!
On Saturday, we went to Pebble Creek for a yummy breakfast and Easter Eggstravaganza!

Then it was time for the egg hunts!

Cooper got the golden egg and was SO happy!

On Sunday morning we headed to church to celebrate our risen Savior! Cooper and Hadley were both so interested in learning more about the Easter story this year.  It is such a blessing to be able to teach them about Jesus and see their little hearts seeking to learn more.  So blessed by our family!

Easter bunny fun!

Resurrection rolls for breakfast!

After church we spend the afternoon in Giddings with some friends.  Even though the weather was yucky, we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon!

Confetti eggs!
More egg hunting!
This cracked me up! He will do anything for candy.
Checking out their candy!
