First Aggie Yell Practice

This week we took Cooper and Hadley to their very first Fightin' Texas Aggie Yell Practice.  Most of you know that these are typically held at midnight. (No way that is happening for us in this stage of life!) So, we were more than excited to hear there would be an early yell practice prior to the team leaving for LSU.  We jumped at the chance to take the kids, and had a great time.  Cooper LOVED every second of it.  He watched and listened to everything.  Hadley loved climbing up and down the bleachers and threw in a "whoop" every now and then.
We are still working on Hadley's "Gig'em" form, but she is getting the idea. :)

After yell practice, Chad and some of our friends took the kids down to try to give the players high fives.  Cooper scored Ben Malena and Mike Evan's gloves.  Talk about making a little boy's day!  I know a Daddy that was pretty excited himself. :)

The next day, Chad loaded up on a HUGE bus with 13 other guys and road tripped to the game.  I took the kids up to see the bus before they left.  It was a little too close quarters for me, but I'm sure the guys had a great time!
Fun Aggie memories being made!
