Mommy and Me Day
A couple of weeks ago, Cooper had Mommy and Me day at his school. The kids performed for us and surprised us with some treats. We got to eat lunch together and rotate through some different craft activities. It was such a special time with my little man. I loved every second of it!

Abilene visit and the zoo!
Last week we took advantage of President's day and headed to Abilene for a little extra time (and help) from Grandmommy and PaPa. The kids had a blast and I'm pretty sure PaPa and Grandmommy were played out!
The weather was so nice that we spent one afternoon at the zoo. Many of the animals were off exhibit for the winter, but we still enjoyed being outside.
Hadley was cracking us up because she would yell the name of every animal she saw at the top of her lungs. It was hilarious!
Cooper visiting with his favorite monkey friend!
Valentine's Day!
We had a very low key Valentine's Day this year while we were all still getting over our sicknesses. The kids and I made and decorated Valentine's cookies. Cookies make everyone feel better, right?
A few fun Valentine treats for our sweet valentines.
Cooper had a great day at school with a little Valentine party. He was so excited to take flowers and candy to his teachers and treats for his friends.
Chad and I took both kids for a special ice cream treat after school!
Chad and I celebrated with takeout from Outback (thanks Mom and Dad!) and a movie at home!

Local Fun!
Well, this is what 2014 has mainly looked like for the Chambers household so far. There has been a lot of this..
this...
and this. :(
Hopefully all the sickness (and cold weather) is on its way out the door. We are ready for some SUN!!! We have had some time to have a little local fun though! One evening, we took the kids to a local Hibachi restaurant, Atami! They thought it was so fun! Hadley ate more than I have ever seen her eat, and Cooper loved all the cooking fun! We also got to go see the Globetrotters at Reed Arena. We loved it! Cooper has been working on his basketball skills ever since.
We got to watch the Aggie Wranglers perform before the show too!
Cooper even slept with his new basketball. :)
This past weekend, Cooper and I met some friends to watch the Peter Pan play at Rudder Theater. It was part of the MSC Opas Jr. series. We had a great time! Bluebell even provided free ice cream before the show!
Fun times with my sweet little man!
