Thanksgiving

We are so thankful for the time spent with our families over Thanksgiving. We had a great time!

Before we left for Abilene, Kent and Courtney stopped by so we could meet their new dog, Yogi. Cooper loved watching Yogi, but I think he was a little surprised that Yogi had more energy that he did!

We decided to turn Cooper's car seat around so he could face forward for the trip. As you can see, he loved being able to see Mommy and Daddy!

Cooper had such a fun time playing with his cousins!
Meghan and Kate were so sweet to Cooper! They took him on wagon rides and played with him all day!

Madie was always there to keep Cooper company in the early mornings! They had many tea parties before most of the house was even awake!

Cooper loved walking Cassie and Mike's dog CoCo.

Ft. Worth Children's Museum

This morning Cooper and I met our play group at the Ft. Worth Children's Museum. I hesitated to take him because I thought he might be too young. Boy, was I wrong! He had a great time!

Shopping/ Guys Weekend and New Pics!

This weekend my mom, sister, and sister-in-law all came in for our annual shopping weekend! We had so much fun, and did A LOT of Christmas shopping. This year we even took it up a notch and spent the night in Frisco to maximize our shopping time! We realized this weekend that this tradition has been happening for 7 years in a row! The only sad thing is that we have to wait a whole year before it comes around again. Thanks for a fun time full of laughs girls!

While we were having our girl time, Chad took Coop to Abilene for the weekend to spend some time with Grandad and Case. (Yes, it was my first night away from Cooper and we both survived!) I'm not sure what all went on, but I know they had a ton of fun! Cooper has been trying to say Grandad all day today. This is the only picture I received. Hmmm... eating dinner on the back porch, sounds fun to me!

A couple of weekends ago, my friend Mallory at Mallory Krieger Photography, took some pics of Cooper. Here are a few of my favorites! (more to come soon!)

World Series and Halloween

Last weekend, Chad and I got to go watch the Rangers in the World Series! We had such a great time, and luckily got to see the one game they won!

We had a very low key Halloween at home this year. We took Cooper trick-or-treating to the houses on our street. He wasn't quite sure what to think at first. He mainly wanted to walk up and down the sidewalk to see the other kids. After all, he has never even tasted candy before. It didn't take long until he started to get the hang of it though!

Our little fisherman checking out his candy! He REALLY liked his first taste of grape lollipop and KitKat!
